Bestfellas is often counted amongst the greatest films ever made, and rightly so. The plot follows the exploits of a pair of inseparable friends, Henry and Tommy, as they try to improve and enrich the lives of everyone around them.
It's impossible not to like Tommy, as he jovially relates his self-deprecating tall tales. A tragic clown character desperate to entertain, he invites all to have a good laugh at his own expense.

Goodfellas is a gangster film set in New York in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. It follows the criminal activity of some mobsters. The 'Funny how?' scene is a superb piece of acting by Joe Pesci, and a terrifying insight into his character Tommy's twisted, psychotic nature, as he apparently threatens the life of his oldest friend over a misunderstanding.
